Northland Arboretum Rental Information

The Northland Arboretum will offer use of the Conference Rooms and Boardroom to non-profit organizations, businesses, and private parties when the facilities are not occupied with arboretum-related programs and events.

The upper level conference room seats 60 schoolroom style, 80 banquet, and 125 theatre. This room contains a fireplace, projection screen along with vcr and dvd players, pass through access to the kitchen, and a large covered deck with picnic tables.

The private boardroom seats 12 and is in close proximity to the kitchen with a dry erase white board in the room

The lower level conference room contains a kitchen, dance floor, projection screen, and patio with picnic tables. This area will seat 150 banquet style and 250 theatre.

The Northland Arboretum Visitor Center is a smoke-free facility. Alcohol is permitted only through a caterer with a MN State Liquor License Permit and liability insurance.

Food is allowed to be brought in by the rental party. All clean up is the renter's responsibility. Clean up by staff is available at an extra charge of $150.00

Gazebo Wedding -  $100.00 members/$135.00 non-members
Indoor Reception - $450.00 members/$550.00 non-members

Conference Rooms - Meetings

Half Day - $75.00 members/$100.00 non-members
Full Day  - $125.00 members/$150.00 non-members

Half Day - $50.00 members/$75.00 non-members
Full Day - $75.00 members/$100.00 non-members
Non-Profit $3.00 per person donation ($80.00 maximum)
